“The old meets the new. Today we bring to the world what Shinobi culture had to really pass onto the world.”
The man speaking right in front of them was no man the trioย knew.
“We are the very reason the Sun was made to rise from the East. We were and will always remain the culminating point of every new culture pot brewing hot.”
Branga looked at Tahiti and smiled.
Tahiti had a guest meanwhile.
Zieg stood at the village entrance and looked at the ornate, dusty gate that kind of didn’t exist while walking down the village.
They were going to be four now.
Zieg was not here to stay but wanted to cover a story on the last line of descendants of the real Samurai.
He would go back in two days.
But fate had other plans for him.
The man carefully scanned the entire surrounding and then rested his eyes on all four of them, moving it slowly from one to another.
“You four, remember, we don’t exist for the world. We are good at diluting ourselves within the crowd and we do it quite well.”
The four of them nodded as the crowd cleared from the front to the back to get a good glimpse of those younglings.
“Come with us.”
The man quietly left his place on the dust and these four followed while the rest went back to their chores.
The village had three thousand of them and they made sure they maintained their tribe at 3000. They were doing it straight for a thousand year now and they made sure every family genetic line lived through the controlled way of breeding they practiced.
These three thousand people shifted in normal times for 6 months to different islands and the rest six months they cleaned and spruced up their this village vanishing from the world.
They were into inconspicuous jobs and thus into those that gave them enough time to return. Once in a while, some of them stayed over if they needed to fill money. Most always got a supply of lists that were needed to have a warm winter. Those that fell short of money were to stay back, earn what was needed and as long it was needed for them to earn it.
Some could come back in 3 months and some wouldn’t return until the next fall.
After a silent walk through the woods, these young men came to a meadow. It was beautiful and the land was somewhat of a different world.
Even though they could witness the 5 elements (fire, water, earth, cosmos and air) they felt a 6th element among them. They had the wood surrounding them and the metallic works to make the land distant and strong.
But this sixth element was present everywhere and Tahiti felt a little tizzy in the head.
